1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customized jerseys (name/number printing) may require 1–3 additional days for processing.


2. Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Within UK)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–12 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery timings may vary depending on customs, peak seasons, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Domestic (UK) Shipping Charges

  • Calculated automatically at checkout

  • Free shipping may be available for selected orders

International Shipping Charges

  • Calculated based on country and courier rates

  • Customs duties & import taxes are paid by the customer


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

✔ Tracking ID
✔ Tracking link via email/SMS

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the order returns due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • No one available to receive

  • Delivery refusal

Shipping charges (both ways) may be deducted from the refund.


6. International Shipping Rules

  • Customs duties/taxes vary by country and must be paid by the customer.

  • Delays due to customs are not under our control.

  • Some restricted items may not be shipped to certain destinations.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Share photos/videos of packaging + product

  • We will arrange a replacement or assist with a courier claim.

If marked Delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours.


8. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather issues

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier delays

  • Peak holiday seasons

We will assist in tracking the package until delivery.


9. Change of Shipping Address

You may request address changes before dispatch.
After shipment, address changes are not possible.
