2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or worn football shoes, jerseys, or kits

  • Customized jerseys (with name/number printing)

  • Items purchased during clearance sale or final sale

  • Inflated footballs (once used or inflated)

  • Socks, innerwear, shin guards, sleeves

  • Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper washing

  • Products without original packaging or missing tags

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To request a return, follow these steps:

  • Photos/videos showing the product condition

This helps us verify the issue faster.

Step 3 — Review & Approval

If approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup, OR

  • Share the return address if pickup is not available in your area

Step 4 — Quality Check

Once we receive the product, our team inspects its condition.

Step 5 — Refund/Exchange Processing

After quality check:

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Methods & Timeline

  • UPI Payments: 2–4 working days

  • Online Payments (Razorpay/PayPal/Stripe): 5–7 working days

  • Debit/Credit Cards / Net Banking: 5–10 working days

  • Store Credit: Instant after approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts.


5. Exchange Policy

8. Return Shipping Charges

✔ FREE Return Shipping:

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product sent

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

✔ Paid Return Shipping:

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Customer no longer wants the product

In this case, the shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund amount.
